PITTSBURGH - A Hong Kong expat man has been sentenced today by aistry Court to two years’ probation in the health care system following a criminal complaint filed by an online user group known as “Canadian Web”. Mr. Lee Hong Kong, who last month pleaded guilty to criminal charges, is now facing a maximum fine of $1.2 million for his offences.
According to court documents, Mr. Lee was registered as an expat for the second half of 2004. In that year, he worked at a Chinese manufacturing facility that manufactured pharmaceuticals. He worked for a group called Canadian Web in which he works as a “FORMATION specialist”. Lee is scheduled to be sentenced on March 28, 2015.
In the case, which was brought against the “Canadian Web” user group and other companies, Mr. Lee alleged he was “unable to understand,” as he was not able to work properly, and the group was using a “pharmacy services”. He further alleged that the group was using “fake drugs” that could have been made from the products of the products. The group also claimed that Mr. Lee had received “fake” drugs. However, the group stated that they were only using the products from Canada. According to the complaint, the group had been using the “fake drugs” to sell to customers for the last three years.
A total of five tablets of Viagra were prescribed by Mr. Lee, but none of the other erectile dysfunction drugs, such as Levitra and Cialis, were also prescribed. Lee’s defence claimed he was able to obtain a prescription for these drugs from the group, but there was no evidence of using them to treat erectile dysfunction, and he had not sought treatment.
The court also heard that the defendant had been registered in Hong Kong for four years. The first charge for the “Canadian Web” group, which is referred to in the information as “Canadian Web,” was dismissed by the court in a special plea agreement. It is not possible to determine whether the “Canadian Web” group is a separate criminal offence or if the defendants may be liable to criminal fines.
Lee is currently a probation officer in the health care system in Hong Kong. The company, which is based in Macau, is one of the biggest exporters of pharmaceuticals and medical products in the world. The company has operations in more than 60 countries and is based in Hong Kong. The company has a manufacturing plant in the country’s capital city of Shenzhen.
Lee was originally registered as an expat in the United Kingdom in 2004, but he was later registered as an international resident. He worked at a manufacturing facility that manufactured a variety of pharmaceutical products, including Viagra and Cialis. A Hong Kong police officer had asked Mr. Lee to register as an expat. The Hong Kong Police Department had been investigating the case.

1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
